Sapphie (サフィー Safī) is a female Cavalier King Charles Spaniel character from the Japanese company Sanrio, part of the Jewelpet franchise. She is one of the three mascot characters of Jewelpet, and a recurring character in the Jewelpet anime. She is the Jewelpet that represents friendship and is from of the Magical Blue Class.

She is a primary ally in the first anime continuity, Jewelpet, and is owned by Aoi Arisugawa.

She is a primary ally in the second anime continuity, Jewelpet Twinkle☆, and is owned by Sara.

Appearance

Sapphie is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with a body mainly composed of yellow fur, she has blue fur for her ears and blue eyes made of sapphire. For her attire, she wears a crown of pink and light blue flowers and wears a white pearl necklace with a blue, treble clef-shaped sapphire gemstone attached around her neck.

Personality

Sapphie is a modest and kind Jewelpet who cares about her friends.

	Sapphie can active her Jewel Power through the use of the incantation "Puru Puru Prism Jewerhythm Sapphire Jewel Flash", her magic of friendship can make those who it is used on become friends or resolve conflicts. Her magic can also be used on animals as seen when Sapphie uses her magic on nearby fish to make them spirt water to create a rainbow.[2]
