Winkipinki (ウィンキーピンキー, U~inkīpinkī) is a girl cat from the Japanese company Sanrio. She's a fashionable romantic. Winkipinki likes playing violin, drawing, and collecting fashion accessories. She was born in a flower garden in the springtime when the tulips are in bloom. Her friends are the flowers in the garden, the fish in a pond, and terrier who loves to go on walks with her.

She is one of the characters in the Fancy Friends lineup.

Ranking in the Sanrio Character Ranking

In the 2013 Ranking if she reached 50th place or higher, she would wear a nice dress. However she failed to reach that rank.
