Chelsea Stripes (チェルシーストライプス, Cherushī Sutoraipusu) is a pair of Sanrio characters. They are cute fairies with striped clothes and matching pointy hats. They appear at twilight on Chelsea Street.

They were designed for the Fancy Friends line.
