Prince Flower (フラワー王子 furawa ouji) is a character from the Button Nose anime. He is the prince of the kingdom of Hookland, hence his title. His father, Duke Fastener, is the kingdom's King, and Trish (aka Button Nose) is his cousin.

No merchandise featured Prince Flower, technically making him an anime-original character.

Character Description

Due to his habit of reading, Prince Flower is very smart. He likes to make bread, but this tends to fail.

Prince Flower is a small character, similar to Button Nose in size. His hair is turquoise and hangs down to his chin, bunching up near the bottom. He wears glasses, a crown, and clothing stereotypical of a prince, including a purple cape or robe. Like most characters made by Sanrio, Prince Flower has black dot eyes that can be seen shifting around inside his glasses as he looks around.

Trivia

• Prince Flower bears a resemblance to Plum Puddin' from 1980's Strawberry Shortcake. The two are young, smart blue-haired boys. However, where the two differ is their social status. Prince Flower is a royal and his hair is bunched up near the bottom, while Plum Puddin' is a commoner and his getup includes a common jacket and his hair is shorter (stopping a few inches short of his chin) and straighter, curving slightly near the bottom.
