Muffin (マフィン Mafin)is a smart little brown-and-white hamster and Pompompurin's best friend and playmate. He will eat just about anything and loves to crack open nuts and store them in his cheeks. Muffin also enjoys hiding inside Pompompurin's beret. He lives next door to Pompompurin. He's shrewd and loves eating, but he’s really messy when he does. He usually ends his sentences with ~dechu.
