Littleforestfellow (リトルフォレストフェロォ), also known as Mero (めろぉ, Mero), is a boy rabbit character from Sanrio and is part of the My Melody universe. He is the younger second cousin of My Melody. He made his first appearance in 2015.
He loves playing with My Melody, and he treasures the red hood she gave him. He enjoys collecting buttons and his catchphrase is "Nanodesu." which roughly translates to "is so" or "that's it". He has small ears under the hood which he is quite insecure about. He is also quite shy.

In the 2024 ranking, the 39th place was a special spot due to 2024 being the 39th Annual Ranking. It was said something good would happen to the character who won 39th place. Littleforestfellow won this spot with the announcement coming just 2 days before his birthday (June 18).

- Mero's profile on Sanrio.co.jp was written by My Melody herself.
- The red hood Littleforestfellow wears is actually My Melody's original hood. Story-wise, it was revealed she had given it to him as a gift, although this is technically due to Sanrio abandoning Melody's initial role as the Little Red Ridding Hood.
- As he made his debut in 2015, Mero's is significantly late compared to My Melody's, who herself debuted in 1975 – 40 years before.
- My Melody thought his birthday was the same as hers, Jan 18th, but later found out it was Jun 18th.
- Mero participated in the 2016 Sub Character Contest and won 10th place.
- He was one of the characters announced to be delisted from Sanrio Puroland on March 31, 2024.
- Despite being removed from Sanrio Puroland, he is still currently on Harmonyland along with Kirimichan.
- It seems that his little ears seem to have been inherited from his grandmother and mother.
